My experience was going well in the beginning. I went in on a Monday to make the final arrangements with the cemetery. I had an insurance policy and read told that the benefits of the insurance policy would be used to cover the final expenses at the cemetery. I got a call on Tuesday stating that everything was good to go and that I needed to come in and sign documents with the notary. My father was scheduled to be buried Saturday of the same week. I received a call on Friday afternoon stating that they would not be using my insurance policy due to not being able to verify the policy before the scheduled burial and that I needed to pay the balance that day. This is already a stressful time and to add to my stress I am being told that I have literally 2-3 hours to bring $6k. People have insurance for a reason. Thankfully, I was able to make that payment but what would have happened had I not been able to bring that payment? That is bad for business to say to someone every thing is good to go and then in less than 24 hours I need you to come and pay the balance out of pocket because there wasn’t enough time to verify insurance. Not a great experience at all.

Paradise funeral home is a beautiful place to lay your loved ones to rest. The staff there are wonderful we dealt with Mr Nelson and he did a great job on everything on helping us get through what we need to get done took a lot of weight off my shoulders. This place will definitely be getting our future business. Again Mr Nelson and your staff bottom of my heart I think y'all for everything.

I was very pleased with my Mother, Betty Joe Caldwell, Funeral Serviced. I was really happy, with her appearance. I thank, Mr. Michael Nelson for being so attentive, in my time of needs. And, I want to thanks, for the time of Service, was Right on time. Also, Thanks, Cathy Bookman, and Monica, sorry, I didn’t know, Monica last name. She , was also kind very caring.

I Am a licensed Stylist and was contacted by the deceased loved ones family to do her hair. So of course I said Yes . She was an Amazing wife and mother to my knowledge. Well I was told that I would be contacted by the funeral home with a few hours to discuss day and time. Unfortunately they did not cobtact me until 4 days later . At that time my salon booking were filled. So I told them I wouldn't be able to do her hair because I would be out of town the following week. The rep who called me went on and on about how the deceased had way too much hair and she couldn't do it. 🤔. I said I'm sorry yall waited to lobf to cintact me Then the next week I'm on my business trip and the Representative from the funeral home called me back 2 days before the funeral asking again 🤯. I was like we're are your cosmotologist ? I reminded her that I told her I w a s oot. Why is she calling me back. She began to complain that the deceased had on way too much ext. ( 6 packs is what the assumed and I was floored at that behavior. Paradise North you ha e Gor to do better. Although she was soft spoken her behavior was despicable and disrespectful to say the least . Buyers BEWARE.

Working with the team here, especially Clarence and Chris was more of a pleasant experience than I thought I would have. They were very patient and understanding, and I truly appreciated how Clarence would make us laugh just to lighten the atmosphere. Everyone, from the warm & friendly greeters on arrival, until the very end-all - made my family and I as comfortable as we could be expected considering the circumstances. They are expanding and there's minor construction on the premises; but the property is well kept and clean- no spooky or eerie vibes here. Overall, the peace was felt not only throughout this property and the decision -making, but the whole experience was pleasant and I am grateful for that. Just a note: I would suggest signage (or make more visible) for where the main office is. Coming through the front gate, the small building on the right is clearly not where to go. Luckily some kind men directed me on where that was. Pricing: They are not the cheapest, but they will work with you if you have a certain budget. My family member had a certain preference to be buried here, so we honored their wishes.
