Made appointment. Called confirmed the situation, asked if they could get medical records to confirm situation and was told what was needed, emailed info with request from phone call, and then added a card of file. Two hours later they cancel. I call ask the issue and not a single soul can tell the issue. Poor service through and through.

Terrible the counselor / therapist they gave me Lisa Bradley , did everything but try to help me right off the get-go it seemed like she was trying to fight me, verbally , and steady trying to steer things in a way to get me to say that I'm super suicidal for whatever reason? After I told her that I wasn't going to do any kind of suicidal action, and then she proceeds to call a crisis hotline on me, instead of giving me like a therapy session like what was supposed to happen I called for help and got nothing but problems I'll tell you one thing if somebody really is suicidal she would be the one to push them to the break, just by talking to her , she's like ? Yeah you're super suicidal , like as if she was just trying to push me to say that I was , thriveworks you should definitely evaluate this woman's work because she was trying her damnest to do nothing but cause problems instead of help, I even waited on hold during the meeting for at least 10 minutes waiting on her talking to another associate on what to do because she realized that she wasn't going to outsmart me because her IQ must be 10

Thrive works Is an amazing company. My provider Cindy is great. She has helped me through a lot of issues. Help me get on the right medication and listens to me when I talk about what I’m feeling. She is so insightful so patient it makes you feel so comfortable.

My therapist is wonderful...I have been working with her for 3-4 months and she balances sympathy and listening with active insights, challenges, and homework. It is a very good bi-directional discussion and I have grown immensely in my time. One thing that I very strange about the Thriveworks team is they are required to ask if I have suicidal, homicidal, or self harm through each and every session. While I understand initially and as a periodic check in, it's a very awkward opening to a therapy session. Nothing to do with my therapist, rather just a rule of Thriveworks but either way, odd.
