Palm Downtown Mortuary & Cemetery

2/15/26- Made the journey to finally see my grandfathers resting place. I cannot say enough about Tiffany, and the security guard (I didn’t catch his name). They both went above and beyond to make sure I located his mausoleum site. They were friendly, warm and so welcoming. I had my grandkids in tow with me, and Tiffany and the security guard were so accommodating. Thank you so much!

Thank you to Josefina I. I found my experience to be very comforting and less stressful due to how helpful she has been. We are truly grateful to the support she provided us with my mother’s burial.

My experience with the Palm Downtown Mortuary & Cremetery had been wonderful. Everything was explained to me thoroughly to were I understood and I had several questions as well. It was easy, fast, excellent service with my representative (Natasha)who came out to the house which was a plus, she's very perfessional, understanding, friendly and easy to speak with and will answer all your questions. I am please with the service and I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

The people and services that Palm provides are second to none. I guarantee that we could not have found a better place in dealing with the death of our loved one. They take care of every details with care and respect at every step of the process. Elena took helping us to a new level, even after the casket was flown to a different state. Thank you Elena. I went to the Palm mortuary for the memorial day services. There was a bunch of politicians giving their speeches it really felt kind of like a political stunt but I really enjoyed all the servicemen there and the emotions were high and it reminded me of what is really important in life. Palm mortuary has several chapels are available for services and several options for burial or cremation. I was very impressed that they actually had services for memorial day I would recommend everyone going down there to remember those who have gone before us on memorial day it was good for my kids to see that.
