They are ridiculous. They just got a huge federal grant to help people and they don’t help. You need to be finally stable to get help! Make that make sense?!! As a parent that is not on any snap or section 8 , working and having a hardship from losing my child as well on top of having a hard time finding a full time job. That is not enough income to qualify. I’m actually not sustainable she said. Unreal after being nosey of my jobs and my situation she then tells me my bills are about the same as my income. What a joke that’s why people like me needs help. I wouldn’t be asking if i had 2-3 months saved up . They need to get investigated.

Not a good company all around. Go else where, they are horrible and deserve a zero star review. And if I could give them one, I would.

Agnes is an amazing agent who's efficient and kind. I'm lucky to have her assisting my housing research.

0 stars is what this so called charity deserves. They DO NOT HELP and are more judgmental towards people who NEED help. Despite if your disabled have children or elderly in your household they will not help. It’s sad that so many people have reached out to them and they will only help those who they favor. We are all humans, so where is the compassion and empathy for others? Not here!!! It’s better to seek help elsewhere because these people who work here don’t care about you or your family. They act like they will help you then turn the other cheek like you’re invisible after you had your hopes up . This place should not be called a charity more like a place where they judge you and discriminate against you. Shame on this sad foundation.

Two stars for being a place to go to for assistance, but they don't respond to messages or emails and when they do, it's a one liner that does not answer the question. It's odd that they require all these vendor forms to pay our landlords and Council for Native hawaii does not require it to be that rigorous. If the application is approved, why wait for the landlord to send over the vendor verification. All the processes of approval is complete and has been for 2 weeks now. Late fees are going to be charged and I'm having to try to make payment again for this month.
