I had 2 monuments done here one in 2010 and the picture I had put on it still looks good

I went to Everlasting Monument to get my Mom's stone. Mark was very understanding, genuine and compassionate about what my vision was for my Mom's stone. He made it all happen just the way I wanted it. It was absolutely a very good experience. His staff came out on Tuesday and set it and I had the opportunity to watch his staff work with presision making sure every side was equal and precise. Thank You Mark and your staff for making my experience a great one. I'd recommend anyone to go and see Mark at Everlasting Monument for any needs pertaining to your loved ones stones. Finally received my parents tombstone after 2years, but was explained the difficulties of the companies that they was dealing with,"Thank God" they found one that got the job done! I was very Patient, and now I'm very pleased, so far ,Thank God, and Patience!!!!! Thanks job well done with the finishing of the tombstone and placing it!!

Please take your business somewhere else. This business does not care nor takes into account your emotional state when purchasing something for a lost loved one. Recently called to purchase a tombstone for my late mother and was greeted with the most absurd and non-professionalism that I have ever encountered. The person answering the phone is one of the most non-customer service providing individuals in the industry. I called to get a quote on a head stone for my late mother, and received nothing backlash and her personal opinions towards my personal pickings of my mothers’s stone. I was bombarded with opinions of “ that won’t look good”, “ nobody does that because it doesn’t look good”. I think in this day and age in this industry, in which they perform business, they should be a little more sympathetic and show empathy towards the families that are purchasing stones for late loved ones. I was appalled by the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism showed by this individual and or business. I would recommend you source your business from other sites and do not use this business. Such a sad experience. This business is horrible and do not recommend them. Mr Kessinger I would re-examine who you are hiring to represent your business- as the hindering’s that they are doing will only affect your business in a severe way. God speed.

I would like to thanks Mark & his team as we prepared and installed the marker for our mother. Mark was patient, kind as we went through this process. The stone is most beautiful and reflects the personality of our beloved mama. Mark, thank you so much for your kindness. Peace and joy to you. I hope one day we can meet.
