I was so disappointed in them I had taken them a saddle for my parents and they had a week and nothing had been done to it I told them I didn’t care how much it cost I wanted spring arrangements on it but no one ever got in contact with me I have been doing business at that location for 30 years and the employees don’t really know what is going on in that place. I believe in shopping local but for my future flower needs I will be going to Lubbock

Brownfield Floral has always gone above any of my expectations. Th e current owners are no exception to that. They did not just make what we selected for my sister's service, they did not just make it better, it was best.

We called last minute to get a standing spray - greeted by a very nice young lady on the phone and very helpful. Explained what we needed and she said they could get it made. We showed up to pick up the item and the girls that were there were very nice and helpful once again. We ended up buying another plant while looking around in the store. They are very reasonably priced and super helpful. If you need any flowers and you are in the area, give them a call or stop by and they will not disappoint.

I called an hour ago to get flowers sent late notice to a friend of mine, the associate took my order with patience and answered my questions with a professional friendly attitude. These days that’s hard to come by! They also let me know after it’s delivered! Definitely recommend!
