Port St. Lucie Flowers

Extremely disappointed. I wanted to support a local business, but this was a mistake. I am genuinely shocked by the high ratings for this shop. While the delivery was prompt, the arrangement was entirely off-themed.... red and pink flowers that looked much more like Valentine’s Day than Mother’s Day. The real issue, however, was the customer service. My emails bounced back, and my calls went straight to a personal sounding voicemail for days. When I finally reached someone, the staff was dismissive and actually blamed me for not calling earlier. On top of a ridiculous one-time fee, they also charged a delivery fee despite advertising Free Delivery in PSL. They claimed this doesn't apply to holidays, a policy not noted anywhere on their site, and blamed the discrepancy on their marketing. Their only solution was a replacement bouquet a week after the holiday had passed. Between the fees and the blame the customer attitude, I will never use them again. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I've been getting flowers from another florist / website for years now and decided to switch to Port St Lucie Flowers and WOW was that a good decision. Not only were they accommodating with a last minute delivery date change, the flower arrangement is absolutely beautiful!! It's by far the nicest flower arrangement I've purchased in years, if not the nicest I've ever purchased / seen! Way to go, you guys outdid yourself and set the bar very high for my next order ; )

I ordered my flowers last minute for my birthday, and they still made sure everything was just how I wanted. They took their time to make it special, kept great communication, and the flowers were delivered perfectly. I’m so thankful for how beautiful they came out!

The flower arrangement was gorgeous. They delivered on time even after the hurricane. I thought the delivery would never happen. The owner called to assure me that she'll still make the delivery. What a service? My aunt loved the flowers. You made her day. Thank you.
