Losing a loved one is never easy, but Anthony Flowers made the process feel a little more manageable with his kindness, patience, and attention to every detail. From the very beginning, he and his team were incredibly respectful, understanding, and always available to answer any questions we had. They handled everything with such care and dignity, ensuring that my Mother was honored beautifully. The service was well-organized, and they truly went above and beyond to accommodate our family’s needs. I initially spoke with AJ, who was very helpful and took the time to explain pricing and some details regarding arrangements for our deceased family member. I appreciated the information he provided and the respectful way he handled the conversation. However, when I called back later, I apparently spoke with AJ’s father, Anthony, and the experience was completely different. He was short, dismissive, and frankly seemed annoyed that I had called. When I tried to ask a few follow-up questions about the information AJ had given me, he refused to discuss anything unless we came into the funeral home in person. Considering the type of business they are in and the circumstances families are dealing with when they call, the interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. Customer service and compassion are extremely important in this industry, and unfortunately that was not my experience during that call.

In our family's time of grief, we could not have asked for better support than what we received from Joanne and Mark. The funeral was planned and coordinated to perfection. Joanne helped me make the critical decisions and expedited the arrangements, and the care afforded my mother by Mark was impeccable. The recommendations for spiritual support were superior. But above all, the kindness and affiliativeness of everyone involved was beyond all expectations. Thank you Flower for helping us through this transition.

Flowers Funeral Home did such an amazing job with my mother’s services. During one of the most difficult times in life, they made the process very smooth and were very easy to work with. Mark and Joann were very compassionate and understanding, and treated my family as if we were their own. Even after my mother’s service they continued to check on me and my family. I’m thankful for all they have done during our time of need.
