I was referred to Oath Law by a friend of mine. I attended the free estate planning workshop on Monday, May 18, 2026. I enjoyed what I heard and made an appointment for a second meeting with Miss Vaishali Gupta, who was very informative, professional, and patient with me in answering all of my questions. After reviewing, revising, and finalizing my Revocable Living Trust Design Plan documents, I finally signed my Revocable Living Trust documents in its binder on June 24th, 2026. I am so happy that I finally got a Living Trust for my family so they will avoid Probate proceedings. I also enrolled in their Care by Oath Membership program. I was even able to put my payments on “Lay-a-way”. For those who don’t know what layaway is, I made monthly payments for 6 months. Most law firms usually require an upfront Retainer Fee of half or three-quarters of the cost. Overall, I am really satisfied with Miss Vaishali and her assistant, Miss Sidney.
