Right Choice Hospice Care

I highly recommend Right Choice to anyone who wants the best care for their loved one. After having really horrible experiences with previous services, the wonderful people at Right Choice came in and gave top notch help to my Dad. During our time with them, they were attentive, reliable, kind and lead us through the most difficult of times. My Dad was treated with respect and dignity, and my mom and I felt so much comfort knowing he was getting the care he needed. We felt so in control of an otherwise uncontrollable and scary situation. All our needs were met promptly. Again, after having the COMPLETE opposite with other services, these wonderful people were like Angels to us. ❤️

I love Right choice Hospice they really dedicated to their job. They really take good care of my mom. That fighting for her last four stage of cancer. Nancy and,Augustina is a very good Nurse and David is a wonderful Register Nurse.They all wonderful in all their position. I appreciate all of them and also Kenya the Social worker is very caring.Love you guys keep up the good work.

Right Choice help us with the last days of life for my Grandpa the staff was always so helpful and Spanish speaking with my mom. Our RN Amanda was so helpful during our hard times they took care of everything after my grandpa passed away. I totally recommend Right Choice they are will to work with you. I want to share my experience with Right Choice Hospice. They were such a blessing to my family. My husband was under there care and I couldn’t have asked for a better set of nurses. From the late night calls to the moments I was in a panic. I was always treated with so much compassion. Every time I called I had a nurse who walked me through what i needed to do. My husband suffered from seizures and we had no control of the time they happened. Being able to call them at anytime sure made me feel support. Thank you Amanda and Bernice for your support when I was lost and a mess. Many in home care nurses come and are in a rush to get out but this team had lots of respect for what they do. The nurses went as far as taking the time to explain to my 11 year old how daddy would need his love at this time and where just so kind to him. There was always someone I could talk to and that went along way. So many emotions and moments of chaos went through my mind and I’m so thankful for the social worker who took the time to hear me and followed up with me from time to time. Thank you for assisting us till the very end. Right Choice you are heaven sent!

I honeslty do not know why linda had such a bad experience because my experience was quite different. My grandpa was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer back in September and when he was assigned to a hospice the first time, it was a nightmare. I met janet and right choice and she gave us advice on how to deal with the current hospice company we were with. I saw how dedicated Ms Janet was when it came to her patients that I immediately switched over to right choice. From the moment we signed with right choice, we were immediately taken care of. My grandpa got the best care and janet and the rest of the staff was in constant communication with us and dropping by to make sure we had everything from his medication to diapers etc. She was also knowledgeable in explaining how hospice works and answered all our questions. Sadly my grandpa passed away within a month and even after the program was over, janet still kept in contact afterwards to make sure our family was okay. The company sent us flowers and even came to the funeral. I appericate the staff and janet for everything they did for my grandpa and my family. No better choice than right choice.
