Phil Webb helped me thru the process that I would not have been able to do. He was respectful and had empathy when I couldn't stop my crying. As a veteran he stepped up to help us as we are veterans too. He and Lacy are the BEST.

This place is amazing! We had a service for my mother and from the time my family walked in to make the arrangements to the time she was laid to rest, it was a wonderful experience! The two young ladies that provided support during my mother’s service were unmatched! Phil Webb is the best at what he does….both at Palm and at the VA Cemetery! He handled getting a catholic priest and did he deliver! Rev Pete did more than I ever expected and I know my mom was smiling from above! Thank you everyone from Boulder Highway Palm Mortuary, the bugler from TAPS, the riflemen from DAV and the flag folders representing the US Army! A beautiful home going for my mother!

Our advisor Leah is absolutely 💯 the best! Very knowledgeable, understanding and patient. The process of preplanning was easy, and now it's done. No future worries, about what will happen, when that time comes. Thank you for a quick and easy process.

Chase and Jason were amazing when they picked up my father! They were extremely delicate and empathetic.. they didn’t rush the process and were very gently with dad. They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. They were very friendly and professional and I appreciated them in one of the hardest moments in my life saying good bye to my father… Thank you both sincerely it meant the world to me!!!

I've recently had to use Palm Boulder Highway Mortuary services as I had a loved one passed. Everything from beginning to end was one of the most exceptional customer service I had ever experienced. So very compassionate, contacting me back with all my questions in a very timely manner, took care of everything. There Logo "Every detail remembered" stand it's purpose 100%. John Bomarito is absolutely amazing! If you want everything done to a 110% make sure you request him. I had the pleasure of having Art and Steve as well during the whole service taking care of all the rest (family and friends arrival, guest book and more...) I also had a catering during the viewing and the food was so so good. Rick was the caterer and he took excellent care of all my guests. He stood there, so professional, for the whole 2 hours. Karen, who is the manager, definitely makes sure things are going smoothly and everything is done as it should! When I was choosing the funeral home, a friend of mine was trying to help me and said to go with another place, because they do offer similar services, but for less $$. In my personal experience (especially from start to end with every little detail) you get what you pay for. I am so glad I choosed Palm Boulder Highway Mortuary and I strongly recommend it to everyone who needs it in a difficult time, a time of greave and a place to make sure a loved one has been sent, and resting in peace.
