Funeral director Kathy here is amazing! She is super helpful and really cares about the families whom are mourning their loved one. She did everything she could to ensure we were well taken care of. Our family has never been disappointed with our services here on the south side. However the Wasilla location is a complete 180 and I’d avoid that location at all costs! It was a horror story dealing with them. But Ms. Kathy, she will get it done and is very caring. She is definitely in the right line of work. She felt like home and like family. Never hesitated to ask clarifying questions and was always going above and beyond to try and help whenever she saw a need or opportunity. She knows what she’s doing and you just know she loves and cares for you and your loved one just as she would her own. God bless you, Kathy! They need more like you in this line of work!

A funeral home is the worst possible place to be unprofessional. They cremated my grandfather without giving us the ability to attend our private viewing, essentially without our consent. We trusted Ken as our funeral director, as well as the funeral home in itself to take care of him and give us the chance to say goodbye one last time. It’s really important to be able to say goodbye and get that final sense of closure. We are all enraged by the lack of communication, and leaving us in the dark like this is absolutely horrifying, especially when you have to choose a funeral home within an hour after the time of death even occurs. Respect is essential during such vulnerable times like these, and my family is enraged, horrified, disgusted, and disappointed.

Nelson made everything easy for our dad’s funeral services and his cremation ceremony. We wouldn’t have any one else as our funeral director. Also, Savannah worked diligently right beside Nelson to get everything done for our dad. We truly appreciate you both. Kind Regards, Keneti Tali’s Family
