I can’t express how grateful we are to New Century Headstones for the great customer service and for incorporating the smallest of details to a beautiful well made ( good quality) headstone for our daughter. This shop that makes gravestones is the only one available close to our area and also the BEST one in our area. I’m very glad my mother and I chose this place. Victoria is very easy to work with and kept us updated on the entire process. We wanted our gravestone a certain way but Victoria tried our idea out n let us know that it didn’t look so great the way we want it and suggested a different route. The different route turned out to be better than our original idea. I will be definitely coming back to this business for future gravestones. Their time frame of completion was also VERY REASONABLE compared to other gravestone businesses. Highly recommend. Great price too. Thank you Victoria.

I am totally disappointed with the work I think a first grader could have done a better job on the border. Not only did they not care about how we felt about what they did wrong our order was placed in the middle of sept barely recieved it today nov,13,20 two months later.we had so many issues we had to call to find out never got courtesy calls back to let us know the problems.I'm giving up on this company I will have another company fix it for me don't waste your time and your money with these people loosing your love one is more then enought to deal with .
