Bayside florist blew me away. The attention and patience to my questions and the utmost professionalism to my specific needs was beyond perfect. The communication with me the customer went above and beyond. The bouquet was So beautifully assembled and you can see the pride that went into it. My mother was amazed at the beautiful arrangement. Beyond grateful for Cici and her team. I called the shop at around 12pm with a rather large order that I needed delivered. I was having a Mother’s Day celebration at a restaurant and needed 30 bouquets delivered. Cici went above and beyond to get my order delivered within 4 hours! The flower arrangements came out exceptional and all of the mothers loved their arrangements. Cici was such a delight to work with ensured that all my requests were fulfilled. She kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. I cannot thank her and her team enough for making my family’s mother day celebration extra special this year. I live in Maryland and have been using this place to send flowers to my wife’s fam in Bayside every year. It’s my understanding, they are under new ownership. I gotta tell you, they pulled thru and made sure our Mother’s Day flowers got delivered. Thank you to the young lady on the phone…they were extremely busy yet communicated to me when I called and assured me our flowers would get delivered. Thank you!!!

Amazing customer service! Cece was fantastic in creating a gorgeous bouquet for my mom. She worked really quickly to offer me the best looking flowers, had several modern fillers I could choose from (I don’t prefer baby’s breath) and texted me the photo of the final bouquet before delivery. Her communication response time was rapid. Best service ever! Gorgeous product! Mom loved them!

Called to make a birthday arrangement for my mother in law. Texted me a picture of the arrangement and I had the option to pick colors or add more flowers. I let them pick something pretty and the result is beautiful!
