Poor customer service. I called multiple times and left messages, never received a call back. Emailed our request twice and never received a response.

Great place for memorial markers. Reasonable prices.

drove down there at recommendations of some friends. Asked for quote and they said they would get back to me the following week. Two weeks later and still no answer. I called, and the guy said he would get back to me the next day. Two more weeks. Called again, cannot even get anyone to answer.

Went to this place on July 29 2017 to order a headstone for our mother. One of the staff said they had to check what size stone could be placed at Union Cemetery in White Bear Lake and they would call me when they had this information. September 12 and have not heard from them. Called them today September 12 and they acted like they had never heard of me. Didn't try to look up our information or express any regrets of misunderstanding. Would never recommend this company. Will look for someone else to fulfill our needs.
