Resthaven was great about helping us make some changes to the arrangements that had been made to better meet needs of family and caregivers. Very accommodating through the whole process.

Resthaven Cemetery was very professional and respectful to all needs and inquiries. They provide a quality pre-planning service and experience with knowledgeable staff. They provide a wide variety and selection of products at an affordable price.

Very Disappointing! This is at least the 3rd year that stickers have taken over the cemetery grounds, except for the lawn in front of the mortuary. That stays nice and green, with very few stickers in site. The last 2 years I went into the offices and made my Disappointment known. This year I'm just going to post. I've been told that it's all due to the dought. Enough of the excuses. It's really a matter of lack of pride in your service, and the importance you place on the all might $$$. We decorate family grave sites in the little town of Hillsboro, KS, and just outside of a smaller town in Oklahoma called Newkirk. And, that one's an Indian cemetery. And neither of these cemeteries have a sticker problem, and I'm sure a much smaller budget to work with. But what they do have is Pride. Pride for those who have passed on, and Pride for those who come to celebrate them. Maybe ownership and management need to take a deep look inside themselves and make some adjustments. I'd hate to think of my family decorating my grave, and having to pull stickers out of their socks and shoes by the dozens. Resthaven use to be the prize among Wichita cemeteries, but not any more.

My parents and grandparents all bought plots here in the 90s. All I can say is take your time to shop around (especially if you’re Catholic - the diocese has cemeteries that are extremely reasonable!!!)… my mom ended up saving over 10k when my dad died by abandoning their plots here and buying somewhere else and using an independent mortuary. Also the big cross was obviously broken for a loooong time before they fixed it.

In a time of grief, Resthaven Mortuary lead the family through a comforting process of planning the final arrangements. Everything was discussed down to the last details of obituary, psalms and songs. Execution was flawless. The family could not have been happier. Mom received the funeral she had asked for, down to her last details. Cruz and the others at Resthaven were excellent to work with. I highly recommend.
