Tabor Hills Supportive Living

We recently moved our parents into Tabor Hills and couldn't be more pleased. The staff has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, giving us peace of mind that our parents are in excellent hands. The environment is warm and inviting with a real sense of community. Thanks to Leslie who was great to work with, and made the entire transition smooth while answering all of our questions. Her kindness and caring attitude made all the difference!

Our mom recently moved into Supportive Care at Tabor from an Assisted Living Community. We were concerned that the level of supportive care would not be enough. Mom is thriving at Tabor with less support due to the amazing staff and environment. From our first visit thru signing paperwork and moving mom in the experience has been great, as well as all of the staff! The other residents are so kind and I believe that’s due to the support and care they are receiving. Mom's place is bright and clean as well as the entire facility. There were issues with mom's meds and RN Tina quickly worked with her doctor to get them sorted out. Working with Candace during the admittance process was wonderful, she is professional and kind. We couldn’t have done this without her help. Lastly, our mom can be difficult at times and when she moved in she was understandably anxious. The staff couldn’t have been any kinder and went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. She is doing 150% better there with less support. We feel this is due to how the staff interacts and makes her feel safe. Also, we looked at many facilities and we feel blessed that Mom is at Tabor.

Mom and Dad moved into independent living in January of 2021. We just moved them from independent to supportive living. Everything went very smoothly, and the staff are exceptional! We couldn't have asked for a better place for our parents than Tabor Hills. We highly recommend them!

Parents moved in in April 2024 and they are extremely happy with the relocation to the supportive environment. Not having to worry about them living in a “standalone” apartment was the best thing my brother and I could hope for our parents. Should have [proposed /accomplished the move years ago! The entire staff is extremely helpful, creating a perfect living environment for them. DD

Can’t say enough! My mom went in for rehab, and that experience in itself was AMAZING (she had previously been somewhere else and it was awful) The first time I stopped in I was greeted and given more information than I could have imagined! Due to her age, it became apparent that she was going to need to enter supportive, living environment and thankfully, she was already on the grounds we interviewed, and she transitioned over and is HAPPY AS A CLAM!! my mother has never been very social, but she seems to have truly found her “peeps” here! The staff is amazing and very consistent and the best part is they do what they say they’re going to do I don’t need to follow up, which I appreciate more than anything in the world and my mother is over the moon! Great facility and care givers! And the grounds are beautiful!
