Create Catering & The Dining Studio

We used Create Catering for our wedding in Minneapolis on June 6, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The food was incredible, and it was one of the most talked-about parts of our wedding. We received countless compliments throughout the evening and have continued to get texts from guests raving about the food days later. Beyond the quality of the meal itself, the team was wonderful to work with during the planning process. They were responsive, flexible, and incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it came to accommodating dietary restrictions and special meal requests. We felt confident that all of our guests would be taken care of, and they delivered on that promise. On the day of the wedding, everything ran seamlessly. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive, helping create an exceptional experience for our guests. We are so grateful to the entire Create Catering team for helping make our wedding day so memorable. We would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or special event in the Twin Cities!

My company held an all-day event at the Minneapolis Institute of Art for legal professionals from numerous companies and law firms across Minnesota. It's a big event for us and given the audience we obviously want things to go smoothly. We've never worked with Create Catering before, so using them felt like a leap of faith. But I'll tell you, it is a leap I am so happy we made. Their team took care of us for the entire day, and the food was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. It is rare to have an emotional reaction to something as simple as a sandwich, but I had such a reaction here. And the appetizers and happy hour were just as stunning. My only regret is that I am not able to leave a six-star review on Google. If you've got an important event, and you want to make an impression, call these folks. Top. Notch.

At Glass House we absolutely love partnering with Create Catering! Their team is always professional, organized, and genuinely wonderful to work with. From load-in to the final course, their staff brings such a positive energy to our space and makes every event feel seamless. They are also always offering to lend a hand if we need anything. On December 11, 2025, my company had their 2026 Day of Holiday Festivities. We usually end the day with a meal. My team looks forward every year to seeing what I can come up with. This year I started planning late and was worried. We made the excellent choice of The Lynhall. Upon speaking with the Events Manager, he immediately recommended Joan with Create Catering. He praised her and her team. Working with Joan and Create Catering was a blessing. Our group has need of many food accommodations. That and our last-minute planning could have made things difficult. Happily, that is the opposite of what our collaboration was. Together Joan and I were able to create a mindful meal that was sumptuously delicious. My team continued to talk about it for weeks. I have nothing but high praise for Joan and the wonderful team that is Create Catering.

We had our work Christmas party here and they knocked it out of the park! It was so easy to plan the event with the coordinators. They gave us tons of options to pick from when it came to food and liquor. Philip and his team did an amazing job and we would highly recommend this place to anyone.
