My family and I were very pleased with the service from RTC. The service and quality of my father's headstone from Aimee and Thor were above expectations. Aimee was very thorough with every step of the process. I am a graphic designer and wanted to design my father's headstone. As a designer who hasn't worked with anything similar to headstones, I asked a lot of questions to Aimee. She answered all my questions and providing very valuable feedback. There were about 3 times when I ended up adjusting my designs (thankfully!) because of the valuable feedback she provided. The headstone will pretty much last forever, so even though it took longer time than I originally expected, it was well worth spending the extra time to make it right. I can confirm that the headstone was installed and looks beautiful!!! I have a few tips for those looking to create a headstone (what I've learned). - TIME: Be sure to allow for ample time. Try not to rush. I know sometimes, we like to have everything done fast (especially nowadays), but these headstones take time to create. It will take some time for you and your family to make decisions (even if you don't design it yourself), and for the team at RTC to design and produce. It took months after my dad's burial for the headstone to be completed (mainly because there were delays on my end and in the back-and-forth decision making with my family), but like I said, it was well worth the time spent to make it right. - AIMEE'S ADVICE: I realize that for some people, they might not care so much about the details of the design process. Aimee is very thorough and I personally appreciated it very much. I ended up considering all sorts of materials, designs, etc and I ran them by Aimee. She was willing to talk to me about the pros and cons of them. Of course, I made the decision at the end but all of Aimee's feedback and suggestions were integral in making the decision. Few other details that you might want to know: - RTC does engraving on-site, which was important for us because we wanted to have 1/2 of the headstone for my dad, and reserve the other half. - It's good to schedule time to meet in person as Aimee was able to show me some samples. - RTC delivered the headstone to the cemetery and emailed me when it had been delivered Thank you again, Aimee and Thor!

I was looking for someone to help me with a custom order for my husband's marker and I could not find anyone to help me. I've used RTC a few times for different projects. Aimee is awesome. Thor is a fantastic installer. They know what they are doing and thy know their business. Very nice, welcoming people. Fairly priced. I would recommend them for any type of engraving project you may need. I've got stuff there now and will be lining out the next project soon.
