If I could give this place zero stars I would. During the saddest time in my lifetime having to deal with such a dishonest person was the worst experience ever. I paid in full for the tombstone in April with the hope that the tombstone would be done by Father’s Day in June but it wasn’t. Lisa gave me every excuse she could think of and always blamed someone else but never took responsibility for her false promises that the tombstone would be completed. She then promised that the tombstone would be completed by my father’s birthday in late August but once again it wasn’t. During this time she blamed her grandkids and that she had to watch them, she blamed her husband and that she had to take him to the emergency room and after that she had to watch him also, she had at least 2 family members pass away and was no where to be found for over a month. That’s just a couple of the excuses she used on me. I had to call her from another phone number and she finally answered since she obviously didn’t recognize the phone number. I would literally get off the phone with her in tears and angry because she had my money and full control of the situation. I always thought if I give her a piece of my mind she might just keep the money I paid her and stop answering the phone. So I just kept quiet and continued to harass her by phone. The tombstone was finally completed in September. If she would have advise me that it was going to take that long I would have had the choice to take my business somewhere else or at least had a set expectation without false hope that she gave me. I would not recommend this place even if she offered a free tombstone. Oh and the quality of her design was awful. It’s like a kid drew the design. I asked for Praying hands and Virgin de Guadalupe.

Elizabeth / Lisa was awesome since the moment I pulled up she made me feel like I was family had a conversation with her like I've known her for years while I was waiting for my parents broke everything down for us in a timely manner let us know everything up front right off the bat no beating around the bush all around experience was great and just made us feel like family right from the get-go thank you so much for your help and understanding and making us feel like family
