I can’t even begin to express my gratitude over the handling of my husband’s service. Kelly and the staff at Yates were helpful and highly professional, yet kind and compassionate every step of the way. I never imagined going through something like this but the staff at Yates made me feel so very special during this sad and difficult time. The place is beautiful, bright and welcoming instead of the usual dark and dreary I would have anticipated. The seating areas and chapel were well equipped to handle my large and diverse group. From the preplanning phase to the final internment your service was spectacular. Helping us navigate the choices and the expenses of planning a funeral and informing us of the options we had through the veterans administration, everyone was wonderful.
