I had never dealt with a Cremation before and was arranging my fathers cremation - I was uncertain of the process or what to expect but Gabriel Bee made the entire process as easy as it could have been given the circumstances. He explained the entire process and what I could expect throughout the various steps and kept me informed every step of the way. I cannot begin to fully describe my gratitude to Gabe and ATX Cremation for being so thorough and compassionate throughout one of the worst times of my life (losing my father). The staff is cool and I was able to pick up my daughters remains in 10 days with all the legal paperwork including flight documents so I can board an aircraft with the urn.
