Carmens flowers

Truly blessed for their services. I wanted flowers delivered in Fresno but found no other florists who understood the inconvenience being overseas without a U.S phone number. Their website is well built and military friendly. 10/10 made my occasion special without any problems!

Refused to fulfill my order or assist me in ordering flowers. On Wed June 10th I called this florist in order to order flowers to be delivered two and a half weeks later and was told I would need to email them so they have enough time to order the specific flowers and colors I was wanting, white hydrangea and gladiolus with other flowers in darker colors or hem tones. It was not a difficult order and if I were in the same city I would have simply gone to Trader Joe's and made the arrangement myself, easily. However, being several hours away, I proceeded to email the florists. I will say they responded promptly to the first email. However, they stated they would not be able to complete the order due to not having the flowers, specifying Calla Lillies which were not my priority. I responded back saying so and attempting to figure out what was possible. Unfortunately there was not a response made by the florists over the next 24 hours. So on Thursday afternoon I followed up on my previous response as I had still not heard from them and still attempting to purchase flowers. Instead of assisting me or saying what they could do, they responded, "Hello, we are not able to fulfill your order." There was no explanation and no attempt to work with me or inform me of what they would be able to create. Confused, I responded back stating I did not understand why they were refusing to help me to which they responded that they work with pastels, again no attempt to work with me. When telling them I would be writing a review due to the level of unprofessionalism of their business, they responded with attitude stating they wanted me to make sure to add that they were responding outside of business hours, granted they ignored my initial response for over 24 hours and I had to reach out to them again. I've never had a business refuse service in such a way. Update: there statement is false! I asked for white hydrangeas and gladiolus with other flowers of darker deeper colors rather than pastels. It was not a complicated order. Additionally, they did not give me a reason when they replied to me sending multiple messages due to not hearing back. Their response when I was trying to figure out what was possible and clarify the error they had made in what they believed I wanted was simply, "Hello, we are unable to fulfill your order." No explanation and no attempt to work with me. I had to actually ask for an explanation due to being confused by their refusal to assist me. Horrible customer service!!! Meanwhile, I was able to find another florist in the area and complete an order with the specification I had within a 5-10 minute, no problem.

With every visit to see my grandmother, I would always stop at Carmen's to pick up flowers. My aunts loved the flowers so much, when my grandmother passed recently, they ordered her memorial flowers from Carmen's. I will miss my grandmother dearly however, I have beautiful memories of her face lighting up when I came thru the door with Carmen's gorgeous flowers.

After getting quoted something out of my budget for center pieces from other Flowershop I decided to do the centerpieces myself . I came to Carmen’s for wholesale flowers and it was the best decision I made . Not only did I save a lot of money , I was able to go inside the walk in cooler and choose from all the fresh flowers they have , they were very knowledgeable and even gave me some tips as I had told them it was going to be my first time working with flowers . They were able to do blue baby breath flowers using floral Spray paint which I didn’t even know was a thing . Definitely coming back for any of my floral needs .

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! Their arrangements are absolutely stunning and so unique. From the luxury rose bouquets to the big statement pieces like the heart-shaped floral backdrop, everything is crafted with so much detail and creativity. You can tell they put a lot of love into their work. The flowers look elegant and high-end, and they make any special occasion feel unforgettable.
