I spoke with a receptionist who was very kind and took down all of my information regarding my case for estate litigation, a good 25 minute conversation - she then immediately scheduled me for a 30 min consultation over the phone with Brice Zoecklein the same week. Brice spoke to me like I was supposed to know Florida law (no sir, that's why I'm calling, I have questions). He didn't offer any help or advice, nor referenced any of the information I gave the receptionist. Instead he acted like I was wasting his time and gave off the vibe "You make $40,000 a year? I make that in a month dude!" He of course rushed me off the phone. A 3 minute appointment I waited 4 days for. There are other very helpful, caring and informational lawyers out there who know that you're calling because you didn't go to law school and want to know your rights, even if the consultation is free of charge. The good lawyers give you helpful advice. Steer clear of the ones who think the world revolves around them at every living moment, including Brice Zoecklein. They're the worst people in the world.

If I could give the rating a zero I would. I am from out of state and hired this firm to handle a complicated probate case. Spoke to Brice during consult and he assured us it was something he could handle. He didn’t think it was difficult and would settle quickly. Unfortunately, that was furthest from the truth. We dealt with 3-4 paralegals because they all left the practice so each time we had to retell our story and got charged for it. It was like starting over every time. There was no returned phone calls or emails. Literally had to keep calling daily for days and hardly got a phone call back. This firm has too much turnover and also Brice never called back when I asked to speak with him. The last paralegal promised we wouldn’t be charged for some phone calls and speaking to Brice but they were on the bill. In the end I had to deal with the opposing attorney to resolve my case because I never received any phone calls or responses to emails. It’s been 2-3 weeks and they still haven’t returned my calls but they keep sending bills. I am definitely questioning the bill. Run don’t walk away from this practice. Super unorganized, too much turnover of employees, and they don’t care about individuals cases. Do you due diligence and research when it comes to an effective and highly knowledgeable probate lawyer. This form is not.

Estate planning can be a stressful unpleasant experience, but I felt that Zoecklein Law Firm did an exemplary job in thoroughly explaining all documents, answering all questions, and injecting humor and sensitivity into their conversations with my spouse and me. Our paralegal, Esteban, was very professional, intelligent, articulate, and personable. During the course of our meeting today, several documents needed to be signed, initialed, and notarized. The notary witnesses, Juan and Meredith, were very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. My husband and I had the option to have everything notarized in Clearwater where we live, which is about 45 minutes from here. We are so glad that we came into the office, because we would have missed this most professional experience. I would give this law firm a 10 star rating, but the cut off is 5. Wonderful experience!!!
