Hospice of the Red River Valley

I can't find the Minot specific office for this company but I had a terrible experience. I've used another hospice previously but heard good things about RRV hospice and so I spoke to someone named Kristi in Minot. She was terrible. Very rude and snotty, very unprofessional. I felt like she was trying to get digs in instead of listening to me nd what my family needed. I will be going back to the hospice I used beofre, we had a great experience with them so it was not a good decision to try and switch. We have 2 pretty good options in Minot, we don't need a third in my opinion.

The staff at HRRV are wonderful! Very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. Although my mother was on hospice for a short time, I was completely confident with the decisions they made concerning her comfort and care. I would highly recommend HRRV!
