Honestly extremely disappointed with this place. Yesterday, I ordered a "florist's choice" sympathy floral arrangement to be delivered to my mom and sister, as their cat suddenly passed away yesterday. I left a note to leave out flowers that are poisonous to cats, which is something I always do when I order flowers, as so many arrangements come with lilies, which are highly toxic to cats. This is not an uncommon request for someone ordering flowers, and has never been an issue for me before. I received a call at 6:30 AM today to tell me that the order will be cancelled because "all flowers are poisonous to cats", which is just absolutely not true. Roses, for example, are widely accepted as safe flowers for cats. To me, it seemed like they just didn't care to fulfill my order for whatever reason. I will certainly never try to order florals from here again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

Had a last minute request for an arrangement for my mother in law, and it was perfect she loved it. The flowers are still alive after 4 days of initial purchase date. Definitely found my go to florist

I have always had a great experience when ordering from Charles. He does such beautiful work. He made arrangements for my father-in-law's memorial service and they were absolutely gorgeous. He is very friendly and courteous and I am always pleased with his unique creations. I highly recommend Woodbridge Florist.

Woodbridge Florist did the floral arrangements and bouquets for my wedding in September and I could not be more happy and in love with how they all turned out! Chuck did the most beautiful job and genuinely listened to all the things I wanted to see in the florals for our wedding and also used his creative expertise to pull it all together! I would highly recommend using Chuck/Woodbridge Florist to anyone looking for a beautiful arrangement for any occasion! Attached photos are of our arrangements/bouquets from the day after the wedding and everything still looked amazing (even in the middle of a heat wave). Friends ordered this centerpiece for us. We enjoyed it during the long Christmas weekend. I took this photo four days later and the flowers are still fresh and beautiful! We weren’t home when the delivery was made but a professional phone call by David alerted us to our centerpiece placed carefully on the front porch. When I called the florist shop later in the week the person answering was super kind. I will definitely use this florist in the future!
