FAILURE IN PROFESSIONALISM: AVOID IF YOUR HEALTH MATTERS As a local business owner, I value discipline, punctuality, and respect for clients. Catholic Charities Fort Worth fails on all counts. Today was the final straw. I scheduled a vital medical transport for 12:30 PM. I was ready and waiting. The driver did not arrive until 1:29 PM—a full hour late. Because of this gross incompetence, I missed my appointment at Centrum Health. When the driver arrived, there was no apology. Instead, I was told "it’s just the schedule." That is gaslighting and a total lack of accountability. If your "schedule" involves being an hour late to medical appointments, your system is fundamentally broken. Missing this appointment has delayed my medical care by another week. For a "charity" that claims to help the community, they are doing the exact opposite by acting as a barrier to healthcare. Actions have consequences. I am filing a formal grievance with Molina Medicaid and the BBB. Do not trust them with your time or your health. They are unreliable and unprofessional. Absolute bottom-tier service.

Thank You Google Maps for always getting me where I need to go. Your services are so much easier to find and follow compared to the old mapsco 's that we all had to use back in the Ol'Days 👍

They once did help everyone, I got a run around twice when Our water was to be terminated because I couldn't submit a bill with an amount due to keep the water on. I tried contacting my water company, I emailed a detailed message stating what they needed. I emailed st. Vincent de Paul to give them the email so they could request what they were needing from them as well. No reply from water and needless to say they didn't email the water dept for the details they wanted. So I had to submit my latest bill, which is atrocious as I have been playing catch up on everything. I have two grandchildren, both under 6 whom live with me, both parties notified of this fact. I finally get a reply after all that I turned in, all my correspondence and waiting, 2-3 weeks later I'm told to get my bill under 600.00, then I can apply. I lost my job and a week after that the water is shut off. I know they like to save the funds for their parishioners that are in need . But, I thought the parishioners get involved for those in need. As a previous parishioner, that's why I would donate. Not to give to just ourselves, but mainly for those that may need some stability in the home for their kids by having their lights on or the blessing we all take for granted...water. The point is to bring hope to those in need. I was very disappointed at both times. Like I was at the dept of human services, a peasant that's just looking for a hand out, not asking a church for help. Dont waste your time. If they dont set up a meet with you, they aren't helping you. That's what use to happen when they do help. I noticed this was not discussed both times when I was turned down. In the past they come to your home pray look over your bills, and approve you right then and there. Mostly nice people, but, Should've just went elsewhere .

I called to ask for help I received an appointment. I spoke with a Michael who told me that they could help me with my electric bill give me 300 on it. I turned in all the paperwork necessary that they asked for only for a couple of days later for them to tell me that they can’t help me because my bill was paid and I did not have a balance. I stated to Michael that is not possible because I have a balance, a big balance at that in my services will be cut off soon because I thought that they were gonna give me the money like they said they were for my electric and they did not that left me and my kids with no lights. It has almost been a week now when I emailed Michael back, showing him proof that I have a balance, and that my bill was not paid. He stopped responding to me. I am not understanding if they could not help. Why would they tell me they would help me I would have found other options if they would’ve just told me from the beginning that they were not able to assist me instead of portraying as if they were going to I’ve gotten help from them before so I’m not sure why this was an issue.

The location is truly exceptional, offering a convenient and vibrant setting that is hard to beat. I absolutely adore the parish nearby, as it adds a sense of community and spiritual connection to the area. The service provided is outstanding, consistently exceeding expectations with its professionalism and attentiveness. Additionally, the interior is really nice, featuring a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing design that enhances the overall experience. I have a deep appreciation for the work that they do, as it is evident in the quality and dedication they bring to everything they undertake. May God Bless them abundantly for their efforts and contributions!
