I first emailed on the 12th of may... No response called around the 10th spoke to someone unhelpful.... Emailed again the 21st and again on the 27th no response This service by review and my experience will cause more trauma id your struggling seeking psychological support and help. In response to there comment on my review why would I reach out again if I have sent numerous emails to no response? How about respond to people's emails quicker than there review.

My son has been struggling with his mental health so myself and my wife booked an appointment for him to attend. He was reluctant but a friend told us how good your service was so we thought to give it a go. When he arrived he was asked to wait outside in the street as he arrived 20minutes early despite it being raining and the reception area was empty. When it was time for him to start his counselling session, the person he was booked in with refused to continue the session because he was “crying too much”. It was a horrible experience for him and we won’t be recommending anyone.

Not really a place for serious problems. To give the therapist some credit she did admit she probably wasn't qualified to deal with what I presented but she did speak for the first half of the session about herself and then finished the session 15 minutes early. Whilst not to the most expensive service I've paid for £40 for 15 minutes of talking with no real follow up felt slightly unjust. Not very professional or ethical if you ask me.

Lovely rooms with good lighting and nice facilities. As a therapist would appreciate the option to book slots in less than 4 hour increments as rooms often seem empty

I emailed inquiring about therapy and mentioned I could not receive phone calls during working hours. After calling for information and letting them know that I will call back after I had made a decision, they called during working hours, in the middle of my meetings, two days in a row. Even though I emailed again to clarify that I had already called and was waiting to make a decision. Then I received an email saying they didn't hear from me. Well decision made, you clearly don't communicate with each other and just pressure to make an appointment.
