I had an unfortunate encounter with this attorney this past spring. In our only meeting, he did not offer the probate solution that I went with and I chose another firm. In addition to the one meeting, some e-mails were exchanged and it cost me $300. Sign a contract before exchanging money for services to be rendered.

I called Mr.Popelka because I had a question about a citation that I was served with regarding a foreclosure on a home and because I was an heir of my father (who is passed) and he was an heir of the deceased (his mother) I was served papers regarding the house. He did not rush me off the phone and asked what questions I had. He was very polite and listened and gave me all the answers I needed. If I was to ever need legal advice in the future I would go to him.
