Laura and Micheal were very helpful and answered all of our questions, they helped us get everything that we had on our preplanning for our funeral. We had the urns and jewerly they took care for everything with respect. Laura went above her job and Micheal also went above his job being very helpful with the paperwork that needed to be filled out. I would definitely tell all of my friends and family to go there for the final destination of their loved one(s). Above and beyond an excellent job, they couldn't have been more helpful!

Janis & Michael took great care of me and all arrangements required for the unexpected death of our loved one, they made everything easy. I would highly recommend them whether it be at the time of a loved one's death or helping to plan in advance what you would choose for yourself. It makes the most sense and gives you peace of mind to plan your own end of life needs before that time occurs. They helped us with those plans in addition to our immediate needs and I am grateful. The great .. Their customer service was fantastic Timothy and Michael handled everything and was able to keep us under the budget we had to spend. They followed up to ensure all was taken care of and Timothy took the time to fill our jewelry with some ashes. Fantastic customer service. The ok .. They are "corporate" so they have little wiggle room in terms of prices and because of that they were more expensive than other places (but we were locked into a plot there and for simplicity had services there) Day of the service, the USB stick would not play in the TV so we had no pictures. I had backed it up as a movie (WMP/MOV/MP4) and as jpg files, all said unreadable by thr TV but all their computers could read it. They did try to help as much as they could, but it really was the TV equipment being so far out of date. A laptop connection would work better... All in all the staff themselves tried their best to work around the IT issues and provided fantastic customer service which is why I gave them 4 (would give 4.5 if it let me)
