Attorney Ryan helped my elder Chinese parents create their Living Trust. At first my parents only wanted to create wills and wanted to add me on their house title, but it was explained that for capital gain purposes it was preferable for the house to be transferred to me via living trust. My first Trust Amendment was a great experience with the Trust Brothers. They were personable, patient and professional. I even referred a close friend. The second trust amendment was a bad experience. The change requests were sent via email. With those changes I requested additional jump drives (6, one for each grandchild that I was adding to the trust). At the signing they advised me that they didn't make the copies of drives, (don't think they wanted to be bothered) and if I wanted them there would be an additional charge of $4.00 each when I had just completed my zelle payment. I felt they should have added the drive fee to their total charges initially. When leaving, I told them I felt they should have accommodated me. One brothers said in a raised voice that he would do it since I was complaining so much. Also, I paid with Zelle and it was taking me some effort and time to complete the transaction, and I could feel their impatience. They seemed to want to be done with me ASAP. I am saddened that their professionalism has declined from our first meeting five years ago.

The Trust Brothers made what I thought was going to be an intimidating experience into an enjoyable experience. They are so humble and always ready to help. When I was filling out the forms they emailed me, I wasn’t sure how to answer a couple of items, and felt like I was stupid for having to contact them to get clarity. But they were so helpful and very understanding. They actually made me feel good, and my questions were important to them. They truly want their clients to feel comfortable with them, and my husband and I certainly were. We LOVED them!
