The Hearts Haven Center for Counseling

I have had a great experience with Hearts Haven from the very start of the process of becoming a patient. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they are very responsive to any questions I have had. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great counseling team!

The staff is warm, attentive, and truly committed to creating a safe and comfortable environment. My counselor listens without judgment, offers thoughtful guidance, and has helped me gain clarity and confidence in ways I didn’t expect. Absolutely recommend!

Don't make the same mistake I did. My daughter was never in a session for more than 30 minutes, unless it was zoom, but I've been billed for an HOUR repeatedly to my insurance. When her father's insurance changed, and I was unaware, they never notified me of any issues and now I have a $1,250 bill looming. My daughter's counselor spent more time showing her her cat, than working through her issues. She repeatedly told her she was boring. My kid who is depressed, suicidal, and feeling lost and you want to tell her she's boring. Do NOT bring your children here.

I’ve tried several times to make an appointment by telephone. It gave a number for the intake Director, who is in charge of scheduling after several messages she has yet returned my call. if you’re ever in a real emergency this would be the last place I would call. I see they did reach out finally only in response to my review on this page. I have left my phone number several times and did get the message that they would get back to me in 24 to 72 hours however it has been two weeks and they have not returned our call. Still not impressed, but on first impression had thought this would be the best place to go to marriage counseling based upon reviews initially

Yesterday was my first visit with Hearts Haven Counseling, and it definitely wont be the last. They have a beautiful office located in Perrysburg, and a safe space for you to unwind. They are team experienced professionals who just expanded. If you're in the Perrysburg/Toledo area I highly recommend High Hearts Haven counseling to heal your mind, body, and soul.
