Picnic Basket/Buffalo Gals catered our wedding @ Hearth House Venue in Monument, CO and we had a fantastic experience. Weeks later, we are still receiving compliments on the dinner quality from our wedding guests. Working with them from start to finish was easy and they had no problem accommodating our dietary restrictions so all our guests, including our vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free guests all had delicious dinners. Absolutely loved the team at Picnic Basket Catering!! We had them cater our wedding and everyone was raving about the food. The Tri Tip beef and chicken piccata were so delicious. They definitely went above and beyond to smoke the meat outside when it was snowing! Highly recommend!

We used Picnic Basket catering for our wedding on 12/5/25, and had such a great experience! Paul was extremely responsive throughout the entire planning process, and the food was absolutely delicious. They even accommodated our homemade late-night snack and wedding cake, which we were so grateful for. On the wedding day, everything ran seamlessly, the buffet moved quickly, the service was smooth, and our guests kept raving about the food. Picnic Basket truly helped make the day feel effortless. Buffalo Gals was the BEST decision for our catering! Everyone at our wedding loved the food so much. We were so pleased with the service we received and the professionalism of the catering staff. Paul was an incredible event coordinator and he made sure to answer all of our questions in a timely manner and went above and beyond to help us stick to our budget.
