What really impressed us was that they worked well with our venue of choice. TGIS had already worked with our venue in the past and was well informed how meticulous they were. We’ve worked with them on our signature gala for more than four years, and every single year they find new ways to make the experience feel fresh, elevated, and memorable for our attendees. This year, they completely took it to the next level with interactive and artistic food displays, including a custom structure with appetizers suspended in hanging orbs that guests could grab from throughout the cocktail reception. Guests were constantly commenting that they had never seen anything like it before. They also featured a build-your-own caviar cone station that was both beautiful and delicious. Beyond the creativity, the food is consistently outstanding and presented like a true work of art. Equally impressive is their team. George, Sophia, and Kaitlyn are best in class and an absolute pleasure to work with.
