Magnolia Springs Louisville

This place is horrible! I don't know who is giving them such high reviews. Must be getting paid. The service is horrible. Memory care residents are not being taken care of. Staff is always sitting around on their phones. I even heard a staff member call one of the residents out of their name. Management is the worst when it comes to making sure staff is doing what they suppose to be doing. Please don't take your love one to this place.

Enjoyed our time today - crystal, Rhonda and Denise had my aunt up and happy and ready for the day. Thanks for all you all do!

The facility was very clean, lots of sunlight coming in the windows. The paint on the walls was very nice, the furnishings and decor very up to date and stylish. Overall the facility was beautiful. The staff that I encountered were very nice and friendly. I did not encounter a single person who was gruff or unhelpful. You are doing a wonderful job for those that are having to leave their homes and live in an assisted living community. The respect that I saw given to residents was amazing. Great job.

My great aunt had a 6 week stay for rehab st Magnolia Springs on Whipps Mill. I saw new life in her during her stay. She had 3 great meals everyday, while meeting some wonderful people both associates as well as other residents. She was just a social butterfly, which she really loves. Her room was spacious and very inviting. She had everything she needed and more. The staff was exceptional and always invited her to the many wonderful activities. They had only the best in mind for her with the rehab and she loved getting her hair done!

My parents spent their final years at Magnolia Springs on Whipps Mill Road and we couldn't have been more pleased. The staff treated them with such kindness and professionalism and always saw that all their needs were met. Members of the management team were available if I had questions or concerns. The food service was excellent! All in all, I rate Magnolia Springs as a five-star facility!
