There’s even a lively happy hour (complete with salsa dancing!) that brings so much joy and energy to the community. What truly elevates Grand Living, however, is the staff. They consistently go above and beyond, providing individualized care with thoughtful communication and genuine warmth. The memory care unit is especially impressive and top notch in every respect, with a dedicated team that works tirelessly to create a comfortable, dignified, and truly home-like environment for residents. Lisette, the director, is simply exceptional. She is personable, highly organized, and seemingly works around the clock to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Her communication is outstanding, and she treats every resident and employee with sincere respect and kindness. Her leadership clearly sets the tone for the entire community. I was invited for Mother’s Day. What a beautiful place. The people are super friendly. The place is a an upscale senior living retreat! They treat every one with lots of care and are very attentive. The new dining room director is very pleasant. It feels like you are in a resort. Anyone looking for a place for their mom, dad or grandparent this place is the place 10/10.

The second I walked into the building, i was greeted by vibrant smiles and good energy. Every staff member seemed overjoyed to assist with any of my concerns, or even just to strike a friendly conversation. The ambiance and aesthetic of the place resembles a luxury hotel and everything is always spotless. Regarding dining, the food is great and the service is even better.
