The staff at Autumn Springs did a wonderful job caring for my aunt. They were a great partner in assisting our family with her.

Autumn Springs is definitely a five star amazing place. My mother has lived there nearly 7 years and loves Margo, the administrator, and all the staff! They are professional, warm hearted, care about and respect the residents. She appreciates getting the help she needs as well as having her own privacy when she wants it. There are activities daily, doctors who come to the building so she doesn’t have to go out, as it is hard for her to walk too far. The building is secure and safe; clean and good food served 3 times a day. I live out of state and it comforts me knowing she is very well taken care of care of. This could all not happen without the dedication to everyone by Margo Ball! Thank you Autumn Springs-Billings, Montana!!!!!

Her willingness to meet with us on a Sunday underscored her commitment to addressing our time-sensitive needs. Through her expert coordination and the collaborative efforts of your team, my sister-in-law’s transfer was orchestrated with impressive speed and efficiency, resulting in her successful relocation to Autumn Springs by Monday. The entire process was handled with a level of professionalism and care that significantly alleviated our family's stress. During our interactions, every staff member we encountered demonstrated an exemplary degree of professionalism, empathy, and competence. It is clear that Margo's strong leadership and meticulous management contribute to a highly efficient and nurturing environment. The residents themselves fostered a warm and supportive community spirit, which was very comforting to witness. Furthermore, the facility's standards were consistently outstanding across all aspects. The culinary offerings were excellent, medication administration was managed with diligent punctuality, and the entire premises were maintained in an impeccably clean condition. The proactive and consistent attentiveness of the staff, ensuring every detail of her daily care was meticulously addressed, provided us with immense peace of mind. We are profoundly grateful for the high quality of care and supportive atmosphere Autumn Springs has provided during this critical time.

My Dad just moved in to Autumn Springs Assisted Living last week. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. It has 52 residences, a dining area, and a recreational area. It is clean, the food is good, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it is secure. Margo assisted us with the paperwork, eagerly answered all of our questions, and made the process simple all while keeping up a running banter with my father, who by the way just loves her. Both my Dad and I were hesitant about this move to assisted living, but he has been able to retain his independence while still getting the help he needs. The only complaint he has had in the last 10 days is that they wake him up at 5:30 in the morning so he can take his pill before breakfast is served. Breakfast is a couple of hours later, and it appears the early morning shift is responsible for the meds, while the new shift is responsible for breakfast. Autumn Springs Assisted Living is well worth the money. Take a tour and see for yourself.

Both my parents and my wife's parents are living at Autumn Springs. The staff is very caring and pleasant to everyone; they work hard to assist the residents with everything possible. Because this facility is smaller than many others, every resident can be on a first name basis with the staff, making Autumn Springs much more like home than many facilities we have visited. When helping our parents decide to move, we visited many facilities; Autumn Springs is by far the best fit. Instead of bells and whistles, Autumn Springs offers the qualified help and caring to give our family members the comfort and dignity they deserve. I have and will continue to recommend Autumn Springs Assisted Living to everyone.
