Mr. Harkins is one of the worst attorneys in the business. Jason is extremely non responsive and lacks any moral or ethical compass. Jason repeatedly acts with incorrect or incomplete information then goes non responsive when asked questions. Jason repeatedly threatens elderly Veterans housing benefits and goes out of his way to try to make elderly Veterans uncomfortable on their own property and in their own homes. I would advise anyone considering hiring this firm to find an alternative option.

If you want to have nothing done and they take your money then by all means use this lawyer. What a rip off.
