If I could give zero stars, I would. I called to inquire about having flowers delivered to a friend, and from the start, the customer service was disappointing. The employee I spoke with seemed annoyed that I was even asking about delivery options. What really frustrated me was that I was quoted nearly $100 before anyone asked what my budget was. Only after giving me the total did she ask, “Well, what was your budget?” That should have been one of the first questions asked. When I asked how the total reached $100, she explained there was a flat $10 delivery fee and stated that it didn’t matter whether the recipient was across town or nearby because she still had to deliver them. I then mentioned that the delivery address was only about 10 minutes from the shop, and she responded with an audible sigh, as though that was somehow an inconvenience. The issue wasn’t the pricing—it was the attitude. Customer service should make customers feel valued, not like they’re bothering you by trying to place an order. Based on this experience, I won’t be purchasing from this shop and would not recommend it to others.

Absolutely loved the flowers and experience! Would go back again for ANY occasion that I need flowers. I didn't know what type of bouquet I wanted, and the kind lady put together a beautiful arrangement after getting some feedback from me. I got to customize the arrangement as well. Nice flexibility, fresh flowers... while I was waiting. Thanks Christian Mart!

I have had the pleasure of ordering flowers from this flower shop on two occasions and both times my loved ones have been happy with the flowers they received from this floral shop. The flowers were fresh and the flowers were delivered on short notice which I truly appreciated under the circumstances.I love the efficiency of their website and the efficiency of their delivery. Absolutely wonderful people gave me a same-day delivery within three hours of ordering completely accommodating and wonderful customer service and the arrangement is absolutely beautiful very impressed and highly recommend

What reputable florist sends dead flowers and heditis arrangements like this?? HORRIBLE!! This transaction will be disputed. What a WASTE of money!! You tried to support small black owned businesses and this is what you get! NEVER AGAIN will this business be patronize!!
