Sent wrong item to a funeral and so very unprofessional when asked about it. This is a long one, but think it needs to be said. I have tried to let it go, but I don't want someone else to have yo go through this. I had a family funeral the day BEFORE Valentines day, so I went into the shop to see if they would even be able to help me. I know Valentine's day is the busiest for florists. They said yes, no problem. I showed them the spray I wanted from their website, it was red and white, which is exactly what I wanted as it was for a marine. Red and white was so important so I specifically asked "will it look like the picture" and explained the red and white is for Marines and she assured me absolutely! Oh and I did place this order a week before the Service, again to make sure nothing goes wrong. I also asked if we should pick it up, since it was going to Miramar Cemetary and the day befor Valentine's day and they said "oh, no problem, our delivery guy goes there all the time and know how to deliver, no problem". On the day of the Service, I would have never known it had arrived, if we had not gone in the office, (while we were lining up for the procession) as it was sitting in the corner and looked nothing like what I ordered! We had to take it to the Service area ourselves! It was Easter colors and nothing like the picture. This was the only spray at the Service, which was for a MAN! I never received any notice, call, email ro something telling me, we don't have your colors or that it was left at the office. I actually never heard a thing from them until I called them the Tuesday after Valentines day (I tried calling on Valentines day, but was put on hold for 15 mins and finally hung up...granted it was Valentines day). When i called again and spoke to a gentleman and told him what happened and why I was calling, he said repeatedly " oh, we ran out of all red flowers for Valentines day...he said not that that is an excuse", then why krep repeating it, all it did was anger me more, because I ordered this a week prior. He finally said let me call my manager and we will get back to you. HE called me back (i would think under the circumstances, the manager would have called me) and said, we are sorry and we usually give back 10% but in this instance, we will do 30%. I am thoroughly disappointed, since this was my first time there and I honestly told them, you are my new florist in town as I was impressed, but never again, the worst!! Hey, if it were just for Valentines day or an anniversary, maybe, but for a funeral for a Marine who served our country? Unacceptable. I will say the spray was nice, but NOT WHAT I ORDERED at all! I ordered for the first time with Flowers by Coley. My Husband lost his favorite cousin so I wanted to send something to his job that wasn't the traditional flower arrangement. This peace lily is literally the most gorgeous plant I've ever seen! It is so large! It came with at least 4 beautiful peace lilies! I'm going to transfer it to a pot so we're able to keep it longer! Thank you! I'll be ordering all of my flowers from Flowers by Coley from now on!

Amazing online experience with Flowers by Coley. I sent flowers to my best friend for her birthday. The flowers arrived on time and when she received them she texted me a picture thanking me. She was both surprised and delighted. The flowers were truly beautiful and gave my friend the feeling I had hoped for, that she was a bright spot in my life. Just like the flowers. The flowers are very beautiful, at first I thought they were fake because of how perfect they were. Delivery was perfect also. I’m definitely using them again reasonable price and my fiancé was happy.
