Muffy's Flowers & Gifts

Great experience. Traveling and found Muffy’s using Google. The person that helped me, was fantastic. She was organized, quick to copy my notes, message and payment info. Much prefer that to online. Could not have been easier! Wish you were in Dallas, LOL.

Beautiful bright flowers and nice design however I wanted them to smell good since Mom is deaf and going blind her sense of smell is important (she is 95) I think a couple of fresh boxes.of baking soda in their cooler would help to solve this.otherwise service design. And choice of flowers were very. Nice says this old designer and shop manager thank you Muffys for helping. Make Mother day fun for my very elderly Mamma

Muffy's is the absolute best florist shop in Anchorage! Their bouquets are consistently the highest quality. They keep their flowers fresh, and always have a great variety. I no longer go anywhere else! Seriously, put all your loved ones in Muffy's hands when it comes to flowers.

I had a previous post in disappointment of my experience. Come to find out, it was not Muffys fault at all. The arrangement was mistreated by the middle man(hotel). I have pulled down my previous post to credit a more proper rating and review. Chloe helped me with the experience and was extremely pleasant. She had an entirely new arrangement sent over to my wife and it was absolutely stunning!!! That right there is true customer service. I would most definitely use muffys again. Thank you all:-)

Couldn’t be happier with the service at Muffy’s!! They definitely went above and beyond with the arrangement of the bouquet and the delivery which was perfectly done on our special day! Thank you so much Muffy’s, you have a customer for life!
