Kori was wonderful. My sister and I are full of gratitude for her kindness, compassion and knowledge in ordering our sisters headstone. She spent a lot of time with us and never rushed the process. She went above and beyond to get our sisters headstone installed due to a break in the weather. She was a gift to us! Thanks Kori!!

I went with my mom and husband to look for a headstone for my father, and sadly, the experience was very disappointing. The woman who helped us showed no compassion at all. She never got up from her desk, rushed us to choose a color and size, and gave us no real guidance. I explained that I didn’t want something too large, but that the headstone would be for two people. Instead of working with us or explaining options, she just said, “that’s the one we send,” as if there were no choice. It felt like she didn’t care and just wanted us out of there. In such a sensitive moment, a little patience and kindness would’ve made a big difference — but we didn’t get that here.

Luis was wonderful to work with and made a very difficult decision much easier. He was very informative when we were ordering our mother/grandmother's headstone and it turned out beautifully. Appreciate all the help we received.
