Wonderful attention to detail and a great help with the Chinese characters. We have been coming to Lotus Memorials for 2 generations, since 1994 when my grandfather passed away and then a few years later my grandmother. We returned 30 years later for my dad and then my mom, and Jennifer still had the order notes from the 90s which was so helpful! A very warm experience!
