We are currently receiving care for a 92-year-old loved one on palliative services, and recently lost another family member—both experiences were supported by this hospice team, and I can honestly say: I have never felt so grateful for hospice care. From day one, they have shown up consistently and compassionately. Whether we’ve needed more support one week or help with last-minute medication questions, they’ve handled it all flawlessly. Prescriptions are monitored perfectly, and not once has anything slipped through the cracks. You can feel their heart in everything they do. Patrick (the owner) clearly takes pride in his team—and it shows. Mark, Lydia, Patrick, Noah… each one of them has made us feel like family, not just a case file. They’re warm, attentive, and truly care about the well-being of both the patient and the entire family. When our second loved one unexpectedly needed care (and had just moved from out of state), they jumped into action—within hours—and got all the paperwork handled same-day. That kind of responsiveness and compassion is rare. This feels like a Mom-and-Pop hospice in the best way: personal, deeply caring, and emotionally present. They’re not like the huge corporate hospices where you feel lost in the shuffle. Every staff member—from the caseworker to the nurses to the CNAs—has treated us with dignity, kindness, and grace.
