This was one of the worst experiences our family has ever had. Michigan Funeral Home showed zero professionalism, zero compassion, and zero respect. Everything was rushed as if our deceased funeral was an inconvenience to them. The funeral employee named Yazan was completely unfit to work with grieving families. Instead of providing comfort and dignity, they added trauma and distress to an already devastating loss. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If I can put zero stars I will

Rebhi and his team were transparent, thorough, and understanding when it came to the funeral services for my father in law. They were present and ready to assist for both the wake and funeral mass services. I cannot thank the staff at Michigan Memorial enough for helping us during this difficult time.

Abdullah and his son (Yasir) are great people. They were prompt very early in the morning (5am) to start the funeral process for my dad who had passed away at 3:30am. They were very kind and understanding of the extreme rush of the process for my family. Working with an understanding team during the devastating loss of a family is so important. The team at Michigan Memorial LLC assisted our family with every aspect of our father's funeral. While doing so they were caring and compassionate, as well as very diligent and professional. In a time of great sorrow and stress they made it as easy as possible for family and I to bury my father in a respectful and dignified manner.
