Cesar and his team at Heritage-Dilday Mortuary treated our loved one — and our entire family — as if we were their own. Their kindness, compassion, and professionalism brought us so much comfort during an incredibly difficult time. Every detail was handled with care, and the service was exactly what we had hoped for. We are deeply grateful for the respect and support they showed us throughout the entire process.

Heritage-Dilday Funeral Home was truly above and beyond my expectations from the make-up artist to my mother’s nails every detail was handled respectfully and delicately. The staff was great everything ran smoothly and I felt as though all considerations were taken into account. I truly would use them again, just not anytime soon hopefully and for for a long time. But if I need it I would use them again

We engaged the services of our beloved family member on May 1, 2026. The facility was exceptional, and the services provided were impeccable. Teagan, Bridget, and Katrina were very helpful. Everything proceeded as planned, and the family gathering was full of energy. We are grateful to Heritage and all of the staff for their outstanding support.

My 2 sisters and I had to say goodbye to our father in February 2025 and then our mother on Christmas Day 12/25/2025. It was the hardest thing we’ve ever experienced. Not only was Heritage -Dilday the funeral home that we asked to help us prepare for dad and mom’s funerals … they treated us with such respect and kindness. They were so welcoming and so attentive to our requests and needs. They were so professional and frankly all we experienced was perfection! Our friends and family were so impressed with the service and how perfectly everything was handled, even though both happened on rainy days. We couldn’t have asked for better people to assist us. Cesar Gutierrez and Jason Tucker were the best part of the experience. They both were courteous, helpful, and so professional and made us feel supported and appreciated. This wasn’t just a business we dealt with. They felt like family. My sisters and I are so grateful for them for letting us honor both of our parents’ memories so graciously and with such love.

My brother Robert recently passed away and it was a shock to us all since he was so young and it was very unexpected. It felt like a nightmare having to make funeral arrangements and not everyone on the phone was so nice about answering questions but when I got to calling Heritage I spoke to Caesar who was nothing but kind and he answered all of my questions, they took care of the paperwork and my brothers transportation and made everything as easy and smooth as possible for my mother and myself. Elizabeth was very sweet and accommodated every need we had when we met with her for handling my brothers arrangements for his viewing and scheduling with us. Jason helped us day of and he was just the best, he was very kind, very professional, and stern with others (distant relatives) when we needed him to be but in a polite manner. They made us feel at ease in such a difficult time and they deserve all the raises. I would most definitely recommend Heritage for funeral services and it's a beautiful space as well.
