This is a small company whose personalized care eases the the final steps of a difficult time. I would give ten stars if it were possible. I had no prior experience and was not looking forward to the task of headstone shopping. Greg was exceptional, easy going, easy to contact and quick to return calls, texts and emails. I knew what i didn't want and he had the patience of a saint as I asked endless questions. He set a price, and maintained that price even when I chose non standard options. He went above and beyond and installed the stone a few days early for my mother's birthday. Mansfield Monuments is an exceptional company and comes highly recommended in my book.

I can not even say enough wonderful things about Greg and Mansfield Monuments! We lost my brother LT Steve Costello with the Burlington Fire Department in 2010. Last week I reached out to Greg about cleaning Steve's headstone as it had moss on it and it was looking dull and unloved..... Greg said he was very busy and it would be a couple of weeks before he could get to Steve's stone....I told him that that was fine, but that if possible we would love to have it done before July 30, the 15 year anniversary since Steven's LODD. What a surprise to wake up this morning, to have a text from Greg saying Steve's stone was done! ( a week before his anniversary!) So after work tonight I took my Mom down to see the stone and tell Steve we Love and miss him! Greg from Mansfield Monuments did an exceptional job helping me design and build the headstone my mother wanted. He not only made it an easy process, he went out of his way to make sure it was at her gravesite on her spring burial. He then noticed a chip, had it brought back to be fixed. I would highly recommend using them for any monuments or headstones. Victoria Mayette
