I attended the appointments with my parents and was very pleased with the experience. Sabrina took the time to walk them through the entire process, showing exceptional patience with their questions and great respect for their time. She carefully listened to their concerns and wishes, then guided them toward the estate planning options that best fit their needs and goals. The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Updating an estate plan can feel overwhelming, but they made the process straightforward and comfortable. Sabrina and team did an amazing job helping with estate planning - so much more work than I ever imagined. Loved that they gave me binder with originals as well as set up copies of docs in a portal. Her staff was most accommodating. And her pricing is set up as a one-price, you know in advance, no extra hours pushed in for more billing. Great team. Well organized.

My lawyer, Wesley Dickson, was very knowledgeable and provided excellent advice. Additionally, the support personnel were attentive, helpful, and kind throughout the process. The only area where I see room for improvement is the speed at which the case was handled. My expectation was that the process would be quicker, and it felt somewhat slow at times. Aside from that, I believe Three Oaks Law is a good and serious firm and I appreciate the assistance provided.
