Such a great and caring place. From the two young ladies who arrived promptly at his home to prepare him for transport to the office staff they were amazing. The transport ladies were professional, compassionate and so caring. They treated dad and the family with such respect. Lezlie who helped handle our arrangements is an angel..quick with information is such a caring way. She handled all the paperwork like a pro and was always available by text or phone. She is truly a treasure to their company. Thanks to all for making this such a comforting process.

Simple Cremations handled my grandmother’s arrangements, and I’m really grateful for how smooth they made the entire process during such a difficult time. From the beginning, they were kind, professional, and respectful, which made a big difference for me. They explained everything clearly and guided me through each step without making me feel overwhelmed. I always felt comfortable asking questions, and they were patient in making sure I understood all of my options. What stood out most was how easy they made everything. The process was straightforward, communication was consistent, and they followed through on everything they said they would do. During a time when so much feels heavy, they helped take away a lot of the stress. Options were available online and paperwork was sent through email. From the first phone call to obtain service to the last meeting the Dignity for my mother, respectfully patient to the immediate family along with genuine compassion, and EXTREMELY ease to communicate to through the process! The various legal guidelines that take place are very frustrating. Lezlie, very diligently, navigated through the process. The communication that I received was extremely detailed, timely, and simplified. Lezlie contacted me to set a date to claim my mother's remains and death certificates, we went the same day. I received a recommendation about Simple Cremation from the Admissions Nurse at the Memory Care Center I had placed my Mother in. Little did I know I would be in need of their services 6 months later. It was one of the best recommendations I’ve ever been given. From the young lady that came to pick my sweet Mama up the night of her passing in January, to the lady that kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire process, to the appointment to pick up her ashes…everyone was absolutely amazing, caring, kind, and extremely helpful. It’s taken me quite some time to be able to write this and so I must apologize that I don’t remember these wonderful young ladies names. Lisette rings a bell because of her unique name. None of them rushed me especially when it was the last time I got to spend with my Mother. They all provided answers to questions I didn’t even know I would have. I’m grateful for the experience I had with Simple Cremation and will use them again for myself when that time comes.
