Fillmore Florist San Francisco

I was getting a few bouquets for client appreciate gifts and gave minimal direction and let them do their thing. I was blown away. The arrangements were stunning and better than anything I could have imagined. Fred is amazing and my new go to florist in the city.

We ordered flowers online for our son and daughter-in-law from our home in Horseshoe Bay, BC. I mistakenly put Post St instead of Polk St on the address and one of the folks at Fillmore Florist saw that the address on Post is a commercial business, not a residence and called me to check. I checked the address and sure enough it should have been Polk! Thanks for being so diligent and considerate. Oh, by the way, the flowers were beautiful and our son and his wife have them to cheer up the place at Christmas. Thanks Fillmore Florist!

Fred cared enough about the quality of our experience that he reached out to me and recommended that the flowers be delivered directly to the church (I had requested home).Who am I to argue with Fred? He was absolutely right, and the flowers were fresh and lovely.

10/10 service. Website was easy to put in an order. Preparation and delivery was quick and efficient. I especially love their BloomSnap function, where they send you a preview of your handcrafted arrangement prior to delivery. It was a delightful surprise for customer service and I have never heard of such a function before at other floral shops.

I am very pleased with Filmore Florist in San Francisco, CA. I am in Maryland and was at the mercy of prior reviews and pictures when selecting a florist in California. I can 100% say their reviews and arrangements are the real deal. I am beyond pleased at how easy the order process was and how beautiful the arrangement turned out. I absolutely loved being able to see a picture of the arrangement before it being sent out for delivery. I prescheduled my order for delivery a few days out and all my instructions were carried out perfectly and delivery was on-time without issue. Excellent job, thank you!!!
